DR10M Lightweight Extended Motor Plate - RDD551X
This machined 7075-T6 aluminum motor plate weighs just 9g (11g lighter than stock). It is trimmed as much as possible but designed to be just as stiff as the stock motor plate to help support the large 4 pole motors that are popular today. The slotted holes are extended down 10mm and placed at an angle to maximize the usable area in the waterfall. The minimum number of transmission spacers that can be used with this plate is 2. The plate is slotted for increased surface area to improve cooling of the motor and the minimalist design allows more air to flow over the slipper clutch.
9mm Transmission Riser Plate (RDD5611) is recommended to go along side this motor plate.
